Amanda Clark is the CFO for Toronto-based FutureVault Inc., an innovative internet cloud-based digital document storage and collaboration company.

Before joining FutureVault, Amanda was an Executive Director in the merchant bank at CIBC World Markets in Toronto where she was responsible for investing in early stage software and technology enabled services companies in Canada, the US and Europe. Prior to joining the merchant bank, Amanda worked in the investment banking group at CIBC World Markets in Vancouver. She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario (Ivey Scholar) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (with Honours).

When not working you can find her skiing or wakesurfing with her family or trying out new adventure sports.
