Meet Luke Kyleman

Luke Kyleman is a senior technology leader and software development expert. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience leading software engineering, product/project management, and strategic planning initiatives for both startups and enterprise customers across a variety of domains including FinTech, Accounting and the Public Sector. Luke has built and scaled software that’s ubiquitous in the Canadian market and also consulted with some of the world’s leading organizations as a software development and big data expert. Luke’s areas of interest include distributed systems, cloud computing, big data, and secure software development.   

As FutureVault’s Chief Technology Officer Luke leads the Engineering, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Project Management functions of the company.   Prior to joining FutureVault in 2018, he spent over 17 years at Ernst & Young (EY) providing technology and information management services to customers in finance, government, and the accounting industry. While At EY, Luke held progressively responsible roles from client-facing full-stack software developer up to senior management positions.

Luke attended Ryerson University on scholarship and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Eva and three children. When the time permits he also enjoys the occasional (bad) round of golf.
